Welcome!!! In this section you have the possibility of seeing the profiles of our volunteers.

Jhon Jairo Lizarazo:

I’m Jhon Jairo Lizarazo. I born in Cali and my family live there too but I am studying in Medellin at the National University and I'm studying Civil Engineer. in my free time, I like go to stadium to watch soccer, maybe to go the cinema or to travel with some friends.

I'm sociable, responsable, religious man and friendly but you will have time to know me better.

I can be a good volunteer because like I said before I'm good friend, a good listener and I like share my knowledge also I want learn about new culture and othre forms to see the life.

I think I can work with young people because has much energy and many wishes to learn new things.

I like working with people from other countries because all people have different personalities and specially when we are from different places. Everything could be different from the food they eat to the clothes they wear.

Santiago López Calle:

My name is Santiago Lopez Calle, i´m from Medellín, Antioquia, but I live in Envigado,  I´m studying political science, I study in the Universidad Nacional de Colombia. I like to read interesting books but i liked write too.

I am a sincere person, honest and with a sense of humanity.

I can be a good volunteer because I am a very serviceable person. I love when I can help someone.

I’m a good listener, because it is important to respect the perspectives of the other people.

I think that I can be a very adaptable person, and obviously, I am very respectful person with the perspectives of the other people.

I also like working with young people because they have a lot of potential in a lot of things, and they learn too fast.

Because I can learn and enjoy the things that this people can bring to me, like their cultural topics.

Daniela Mafla Orozco:

My name is Daniela Mafla, I´m from Medellin, Colombia. I’m studying Administrative engineering in National University of Colombia.

In my free time I like to be with my boyfriend, watch TV series form warner channel. I also like skating in the stadium on Sundays with my sister and my brother in law, I like to go to rumba in the gym, but my favorite hobby is cooking.

I’m a humble, calm, sensitive and cheerful person, I always try to help other people when they need me but sometimes I am moody person.

I think I am a good volunteer because I am a sociable, patient person who likes to make new friends.

I think I am a flexible person because the problems of the life have taught me the everything in life has a solution. I like working with young people because the young people are flexible and easy going people.

I like working with people from other countries because I like learning from their cultures, from their experiences and to show them our culture and traditions for changing the image they have of Colombia.

Luis Alejandro Agudelo:

Hi, My name is Alejandro Agudelo Cifuentes, I was born in Chìa, Colombia. When I was 18 year old, I moved to Medellin, Colombia. Here, I am studying Enginnier Agronomic at the Universidad Nacional de Colombia, Campus Medellin. 

When I am not Studying, I like to read poetry and horror or mystery books. Also I like to walk or to play volleyball with my friends. In the born Days, I like to listen to very loud music in my room. 

On weekends I like to watch TV at nights or to go to the cinema with my friends. Additionally, I like to go to the theater and to the museums in the city. In some cases, I like to stay home and be a couch potato. I like to be with my friends so much and to laugh with them. I like nature, animals and plants. 

I am a friendly, polite and patient person. I am tidy with my personal stuff. I am very responsibly person with the bills. I am very shy when I have to talk in public. I like to listen to people’s problems and try to help them. I am an easy-going person and most of the time I am cheerful. 

I think I can be a good volunteer because I am a patient person and I like to help people. And I want to show foreign students my country . My objective is they see and know that Colombia is not a dangerous place. Therefore, they can see that Colombia is a Beautiful country and something very special of my country is its people’s passion and the different cultures in the each region. 

Furthermore, I think that the most beautiful in my country is, apart from nature, the diversity of accents in my county. Also, I think I have ability to talk the people about the places and customs of my country. 

I consider myself I good listener because I try to help people with their problems. I try to give the best advice and I really like to listen to people’s romantic problems and to see the reconciliation of a couple. 

I can adapt to different situacion and I am a flexible person who respects the dirences ways of thinking.

I like working with people from other countries because I like to learn about the different cultures, and the different languages. I enjoy meeting new people and doing new friends.
